Needless to say the granulation tissue is gone, but so is the top layer of skin about 1/2 inch surrounding the peg. Bummer. Hopefully that doesn't happen to Braska, but if it does, I'll let you know what the 'wound nurse' here at the hospital did to drastically improve our situation.

RK, I love your site and thank you so much for posting great info here. I know it takes time and effort and I wanted to say thanks. You and Braska area month or two ahead of Tommy and I so I look to your site often.

Happy New Year!Sandihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07505776112602533721noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2868375256359399606.post-67804397066173591352007-12-29T14:32:00.000-06:002007-12-29T14:32:00.000-06:00That is such a bummer. I know it is manageable and to be expected but after three months, it seems unfair to get it now.
I keep hearing about this silver nitrate but I didn't realise it was in sticks. Maybe it isn't here. Everytime I read something like this here I curse my socialist healthcare.moplanshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16998309937928231527noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2868375256359399606.post-35160441634922596662007-12-29T13:30:00.000-06:002007-12-29T13:30:00.000-06:00I checked out the site and gained some education. ...I checked out the site and gained some education. I experienced silver nitrate sticks once -- you don't want to know the details.... ;o)

As we pray for Jeremiah Been in S. Africa and Levi in STL to gain weight, we are, of course, praying that this will not be a problem for Braska or you.Rodhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06205282289508086792noreply@blogger.com
