Braska Bear

Mommy reporting: So…. today I’m 40. And I’m good with it. I’m actually excited about what feels like the beginning of the next big life stage, but there’s always a slight tinge of sadness for me when it comes to birthdays and anniversaries of different things.  I’ll not go on about that here, but I did want to show you some things that made me smile as I looked back. Mommy came home with some goodies for us today.  She got them from her work.  She works at the Y.  These shirts have too many letters on them, but she says it means the same thing. We were just playing around after our naps, so we had crazy hair.  But I think we do a good job of looking cute for her work.  She said they didn’t have any smaller shirts, so we’ll have to grow into them later. When we’re like 10 or something! Anybody know why she got us these colors??

I took a picture this morning of me and Mommy.  I’m still learning how to take pictures good, but it’s still cute I think.  Probably because it’s mostly me! We’re going to Grandma C’s for football today. So I gotta get ready to go! Go Bears!  You better win for Mommy’s Birthday Day! Hope you do something fun today!

A short while back, Christina over at Prince Vince Meets the World tagged me to “List seven songs you are into right now. No matter what they are. They must be songs you are presently enjoying.” I’ve seen this going around on blogs, and it’s interesting to see what people have, if I’ve heard of the songs/artists, and what that tells me about that person. I generally do not take the time to do this type of thing, but since I’m sitting in a hospital room with some time on my hands while Braska gets better, I thought this is as good a task as any.
