Braska Bear

I’m resting, but I’m feeling pretty good.  So thanks to everyone who has been thinking about me! Mommy is working on putting my blog stories and pictues in a way on the computer that I can keep forever and look at when I’m a big girl and I can read it all myself.  So she’s looking back at a lot of pictures when I was a little bit smaller.  She found some cute things, so I thought I’d let her share my story today… ~~In the last 2 years, Braska has grown 3 inches and 4 lbs. And almost 2 of those lbs came in the last 6 months.  Amazing. This was her then. ~~Two years ago this month, we were sporting our Cardinals wear. A couple weeks ago, my friend LC’s new little brother, Jace, came to my house.  He is SOO CUUUUUTE!  I love things that are cuuute.  That’s how I say it, too. Cuuuuute! Jace was coming to see my heart doctor that I’m sharing with him and LC, Dr J.  He’s really good, and Jace needs a good guy, so I thought he would like Dr. J alot.  Dr. J is going to have Dr. H help Jace too, and then he’s gonna be all fixed up! After Jace had his appointment, he and his mommy Miss Courtney stopped by my house to say hi.  We told Miss Julie and Jack that they were there, so they came by to see them, too! Jace was kind of hungry, so Miss Julie gave him some milk.  He doesn’t drink much because he gets tired when he drinks.  I used to do that, too, before my heart got all fixed. Jack checked out Miss Courtney.  She’s really super cool, and she always plays with us when she visits.  I hope I get to go to her house someday, because I bet it...

On Tuesday, we went to see one of my best girfriends, the Fabulous Miss LC!  She was here in our town to see some of my awesome doctors that I’m going to share with her.  I told them to take very good care of her! First, we had to get dressed.  KiKi wanted to get in on my pictures, so I had to tell her how to do it. “Stand right here, KiKi. I’ll show you what to do.” ”Ok, now look at the camera and show your pretty face.” ”If you have any questions, just stick up your hand. That’s what we learn to do at school.” ”Hey, who told Belle she could get in our pictures??” LC was napping when they got to the restaurant, but she woke up in just a few minutes. Probably because she knew we were there to see her! She sure loves her Daddy!! Then she decided to sit with MY daddy! And she kind of liked him too. LC found out she could get my hair while she was on Daddy’s lap. ...

On Tuesday, last week I got the best surprise!  My blog friend LC came to my house!  She's like a superstar in our house, and I couldn't believe she was just right there!  She even brought her Mommy and two grandmas! "Is that really LC?!?"  I think we felt a little shy at first. Then she started to grin and be silly. I still wasn't sure about it. I showed her my favorite stacking cups.  We chatted for a while on the floor. And then we tried to be real still so KiKi wouldn't see us. LC is so cute!! She was all happy and is way better at smiling for pictures than I am.       At the end, we took a bunch of pictures of all of us. But LC took one all by herself when she grabbed Mommy's camera.  She's pretty good at that too, don't you think?! You can read on LC's blog about her visit with us .
