31 for 21: Sharing bouncy space

This afternoon I went back outside again, and this time KiKi came out after she finished her lunch.  We just talked and bounced for a little bit. We went and played some golf in the yard and got Mommy to push us on the swings for a while too.  It’s gonna be cold soon, so we have to get some good outside play time in. Tomorrow… my first field trip in Kindergarten!!!

31 for 21: Bouncing myself

Today I decided I’d go outside and play.  Mommy looked outside to find I had climbed up on the trampoline and was bouncing some.  When it’s a nice day, that’s what you’re supposed to do…Right?

186/366 Working on my aim

Sometimes when I take pictures, they don’t look like I thought they would.  I was gonna take a picture of KiKi, but she’s not in there.  I guess I need more practice. This morning we hopped in the car very early to take Daddy to work and we wore our nightgowns in the car.  When we left, there’s a playground right there, and we asked Mommy if we could play.  She said Yes!  Woo hoo!  And we didn’t even have on play clothes!

182/366 Best outside places

Aunt Karol’s house is the BEST place to play!  They have all kinds of fun room to play and cool stuff to play on.  Our angel friend Laynee’s garden was so pretty. They have a super fun climbing and swinging and sliding place.  I like to climb up high and watch everyone…     We got to ride all over on the little car that could drive in the grass.  Fun! There’s lots of cousins and family and friends, and lots of people have fun animals! The best part is the people, of course!!  Jade played with us a lot! And we loved to get to see Jamee again too.  Can’t wait til she moves back to our town when school starts again! There were yummies to be eaten… And of course, baths at the end of the day.  I’m not sure if we want to go home or not…   Shhhhhhhh. Maybe we’ll just hide in the closet so we can stay longer!

181/366 Sisters on a trip

Daddy was supposed to be home today when we woke up.  But he’s not.  And we’re sad.  He got stuck in Texas because they wouldn’t bring him home last night like they said they would.  So this morning they sent him to Miami. We didn’t think that was on the way from Oregon to St. Louis, but I guess we were wrong.  We hope he can get home today. While Daddy was flying to Florida he took this picture to send us.  That’s the ocean. And we hope we get to see it and splash it in one day! While Daddy was in Florida, we went on a little trip of our own.  It’s our special weekend at Aunt Karol’s !!  Mommy took us to a town in Illinois called Springfield that’s between our house and their house.  Then we put all our stuff in Aunt Karol’s car and off we went!  Yay!! We got to go swimming!!  And sometimes I just like to play in the water when I’m not swimming. We LOVE that the big kids swam with us too!...

175/366 Bigger jumper

We have a little jumper in our playroom.  But now we have a BIG jumper in our backyard! Grammy and Papa brought us theirs so we could have it to play with. We are going to have LOTS of fun out there!  Thanks Grammy and Papa!

171/366 KiKi’s turn: Outside alone

I went back to school today for summer class.  KiKi played outside while I was at school, so Mommy will have to tell you about that part. _____________________________________________________ Kinlee has been just recently interested in playing outside by herself.  And I love it.  I thought I’d be able to clean the kitchen while she was outside playing.  I mean, I could still see her. That works.  But no. It was too entertaining to just watch her.  She started with the little slide.  Singing as she went. Then she kicked the soccer ball around for a while. She decided then to pick the little white flowers in the grass. And of course she needed a cup with water for her flowers. She’s been working on toe-touches at cheer practice.  And she loves to watch herself on the phone in videos.  Hence the following clip… Make a video - it's fun, easy and free! www.onetruemedia.com ...

170/366 Wet with water

It’s been pretty warm, and when it’s warm, we like to be wet. And the best thing to be wet with is water. We filled up our little pool, but we mostly just got the water out of it to go water the grass and the plants. KiKi likes to take silly pictures, even when she’s wet. Here’s a little movie of our water slide we kind of made… Make a video - it's fun, easy and free! www.onetruemedia.com

167/366 Sweeping grass

Mommy cut the grass today. I like to sweep things. Anything. I just like to use the broom whenever it is out.  So see how nice it looks after a good sweep?

165/366 Pictures and playground

We got to go to the park this morning, one that we’ve never been to before.  We were going to have our pictures taken by Mommy’s friend Miss Jodie . Grandma C told Miss Jodi about us and she decided to do some pictures as a present for us. Isn’t that GREAT!! Miss Jenny went with us to help Mommy keep up with us and Baby Patrick, too.  She is really good at playing with us, so we like her a LOT!  I sat on her lap while we waited for Miss Jodie. We did some pictures in some neat places. Miss Jodie was good at making us laugh.  We took some pictures together and some just one sister. Then we went to the playground and ran around a little.  Mommy took some pictures there, and Miss Jodie took some of us swinging. That’s our favorite thing, you know!  You’ll have to wait a little while to see those… Later we got to go to Miss Linda and Mr. Gary’s house while Mommy and Daddy did some work and some studying.  Mommy’s working ...

161/366 Sand and Xander

That’s hard to say… Sand and Xander… Today we ate breakfast and then Mommy took us to the Y to swim while Daddy did some studying at home.  We know all about right where to go there. After we got home and all showered after the pool, Mommy had to go back to the  Y to go to work, so Daddy took us to Grandma C’s house so we could play with Xander this afternoon. He’s visiting this weekend. We played with the sandbox.  I used the rake.  It’s a little big for me. After I did it, KiKi had a turn. Then Xander used the rake. He’s the strongest of all of us, and the biggest, but we’re both older than him.  We took baths when we were done because we were dirty.  We’ve been in the water a lot today!

153/366 Chilly Zoo Day

Miss Linda and Mr. Gary thought it would be fun to go to the zoo all together, so we went today!  We got there early, and it was pretty chilly when the sun was hiding.  We looked at some neat animals, and we got to ride the train, too.  KiKi rode on the merry-go-round thing, but I didn’t want to get on it.  I got kind of scared on the one in Wisconsin, so I just watched her ride this time. Of course, I was happiest when Miss Linda would carry me.  She’s so nice like that. We saw some baby elephants playing in the water and splashing around. This is Daddy’s favorite guy there. There were three of them all close together in the water. Last time we were here, KiKi loved the penguins the most.  So we went over there to see them.  I like them outside, but I didn’t like the inside part last time.  This little guy just looked at us. We said “Hi” and everything. When Mommy wanted a picture with him, we got grouchy and he ...
