Here's a little sample of some of Braska's favorite speech progress. Some are clearer than others. She gets excited and things get sloppy!
I know it's been forever, and yes, Facebook is much to blame. For as long as I held out and didn't join, now I see it's simplicity (and it's ability to suck up all my online time!!). BUT--After much pondering, I've decided I'm not giving up on blogging! Sometimes a narrative or story will be better served in a blog format, so I'm combining blogs into one. Intentional Family is our new all-in-one blog for the goings on of our family, Braska's progress, celebrations, and challenges, as well as the amazing rise of little sister Kinlee. Other places you could check out if you so choose would be our new business Larae Photography LLC on Facebook or on the web at www.Larae-Photo.com , or the page for my hobbies-gone-busy Just RK Designs . So if there ARE any blog readers still out there, please come on over to the new place and join up for the ride. All the old posts from the 3 previous blogs will be there soon so you can catch up if you need to! ...
YAY BRASKA!! :) you are soooo smart!!! :)
ReplyDeleteThat was a great duet. She really brought that last shine home.
ReplyDeleteOH MYLANTA! Holy Cow and all that. What an impressive performance. I heard NO sloppiness. Remember, Soph will teach her straw drinking in exchange for help with speech.

ReplyDeleteOh my goodness! This brought a huge smile to my face! I'm going to have to watch it one more time to soak it all in. I am so amazed- how exciting!
ReplyDeleteThis is awesome! She's so smart! Nevan (my nephew) will be 2 in July and I can hardly get him to say ball or dog or mom.
ReplyDeleteWOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I rest my case on the importance of Momma's (and parental) influence! Great choice of repertoire, too! One can't go wrong with alphabet and "This Little Light of Mine!"
ReplyDeleteOh, Braska darling ... your light sure shines brightly! RK, I am so incredibly impressed with her speech. Both of my little stinkers with DS have such a rough time with language and speech. Braska is such a bright little girl!
ReplyDeleteWOW! I never even knew I had favorite letters of the alphabet until I heard Braska say them! I can't get enough of Q R and T!
ReplyDeleteLove it, love it, Braska!!! WOWIE you are a star!
