After a long ride…FUN!!

Before we forget to say it… Happy Birthday, GGJM !!! We love you!! We are having a great time visiting Miss Karol and her family.  They like to play and we got to do some fun new things.  I’ve got lots of pictures and I’ll show you some soon.  Did you know that horses are SO BIG???  I’ll tell you about that later. But since Grandma C and Grammy liked our movie the other day, we’ll show you one that Mommy took of us yesterday after we got to our room where we’re sleeping.  Me and KiKi LOVE to play on the bed, but we don’t get to do it much because sometimes we might get hurt.  But Mommy let us play for a few minutes… you can see how much fun we had. Fashion show: Spring, part 1

KiKi won’t look right at Mommy when we’re trying to take pictures of our outfits. She always walks away somewhere. She’s stuh-burn, Mommy says. We go stand by the door for pictures, but KiKi won’t turn around. Then she decided she might just go outside. “Here, I’ll help you.” (Mommy note: Kinlee’s in a 12-month outfit that I can’t find a pic of Braska wearing last year, but she’s wearing everything only one year behind Braska now.  The outfit Braska has on is 18-24 months, and this is the first time she’s worn it.  And it’s still a tad big.  She looks like such a little skinny minnie to me. So funny. She’s 23 lb and 33 inches.) And here’s a movie of us just doing the stuff we do everyday.  We like to climb and giggle and be silly… so we do it a lot!   (Mommy note: This video clip is cute, but it’s longer than I usually put up, admittedly.  About 5.5 mins. But this is the kind of stuff I want to have for later. Just them doing what little girls do. Not pos

Wet heads

We’ve got tons and tons of pictures that we’ve forgotten to show you. So we’re going to do try to do better… Here’s KiKi in a little robe that my PaPaw got for me when I was a little baby.  It’s almost too small for her already. Here’s a picture of me when I wore it… I was almost the same age as KiKi is now, except she’s 5 pounds bigger than I was and she can walk. I couldn’t even sit up back then. Can you believe it??  This is me and KiKi going down the hallway.  We’re wearing the same size p-jammies.  I just have it in two colors.  Remember when I used to wear the ones that KiKi has on?  I was older than KiKi is, but she’s bigger.  I think I’m cuter, though! There’s a bunch more pictures and a movie of me that day here if you want to see me.  That was the day I learned how to climb on the couch!

Carly

Today one of my blog friends, Carly , got very sick all the sudden and couldn’t stay here with her family anymore.  She went home with Jesus and the angels, and her mommy and daddy and brother and sister are really very sad.  I didn’t get to play with her or have her to my house, but she was older than me, and I think it would have been fun to get to meet her some day. She could teach me so many neat things. Now I’ll get to meet her in Heaven one day.  We’ll miss you, Carly. Mommy note: Our prayers are being lifted on behalf of the George family tonight.  I can’t imagine what it’s like, though it seems I’m coming to know more people who can tell me of their own pain. And it’s excruciating and indescribable, I have learned well. We don’t know what happened except that this was very sudden and very tragic.  Joany and family, we are so sorry, and we will continue to pray for comfort for you as you grieve. She will be missed, but never forgotten.

Silly girl pictures

We took a WHOLE BUNCH of pictures on Sunday.  Some of them were nice, but a lot of them were just silly.  Mommy’s trying some new things with her camera since she got all excited about taking pictures when she got to hang out with Miss Jodie and Miss Kim on Saturday.  But we just got more silly pictures! Here’s me and Mommy…   And me and KiKi outside… Mommy asked us to show a hug, so we did it a few times.  KiKi kept saying “more” and so I hugged her again and again!     Mommy put us in the grass, and me and KiKi do NOT like grass! Here’s a few of KiKi being cute too… And a few of me too!  (I scraped my nose…oops!)

Ready for dresses!

Yesterday we wore dresses to church.  We used to wear them sometimes when we were tiny babies, but when we started to crawl around, Mommy put us in other clothes that are easier for that.  But we’re walking now!! Did you know it!?! Me and KiKi are walking almost all the time, and so we got to wear cute dresses again today! Usually we stand by the door for pictures, but KiKi was being silly and she got on the couch and wouldn’t get down.  So I got up there too and Mommy just took pictures there instead of putting us down. We took a bunch more fun pictures today, but those will have to come later!

Balloons for the ride

Yesterday Mommy was gone all day long. Me and KiKi stayed with Daddy and PaPaw came over for a little while, too, since our grass was getting big. Mommy was at a place where they were taking a bunch of pictures, and when she got home she talked all about it.  She had a really fun time, and she got to meet some very nice people that I hope I get to meet someday! Make sure you go read her story about it. It’s a good story. Since she forgot to give the balloon maker back to Miss Kim and Miss Jodie , we saw it in the car today after church.  So Mommy took a couple of balloons out right there in the parking place at church and made us each one to play with on the way home.  Isn’t that pretty fun?  We just got balloons for no reason except to play with them.  What a fun ride home from church!  Mommy even stopped to put gas in the car and we didn’t mind because we had something to play with. We were silly with them and laughed alot.  We should have balloons for every time we get in th

Pretty flowers

Daddy planted these flowers last year because Mommy wanted some of them.  They’re really pretty, and I went outside on Sunday to look at them up close.

TV chair

We’ve been kind of busy, so I haven’t been able to put up lots of new pictures and stories.  This morning me and KiKi are watching Signing Time “Welcome to School!” since we ate our breakfast like good girls and didn’t even make messes! It’s my favorite Signing Time right now, so I asked Mommy for it. We are going to go to the library soon, but I thought I’d show you how we like to watch our shows. This is the chair that Miss Karen A got for my room when I was still in Mommy’s tummy.  Me and KiKi call it the TV chair, and we both get in it when it’s time to watch Elmo or Signing Time .

Playing in the sun

Yesterday we went outside in the front yard to play a little bit.  It was really nice and sunny, and we didn’t have to wear our coats or anything.  Mommy put some sunglasses on me that she got me when I was a tiny baby.   Since I have glasses for all the time, I have never tried them, but today we did, and I thought they were pretty cool!  They’re called Frubi Shades !  Funny name! Mommy took some toys outside for us to play with.  I don’t like grass, so we had things that we could play with on the hard part.  I haven’t used my walking toy much lately since I can do walking without it most of the time, but I thought it was fun to play with it outside.  Mommy wouldn’t let me go for a walk by myself though…I kept trying to go where the cars go, so she made me turn around. KiKi didn’t feel very good still, so she wasn’t wanting to play much.  And she doesn’t like the sun.  Oh, and she REALLY doesn’t like me to wear sunglasses.  She got very upset til I took them off. Hunting eggs

There’s been lots of stuff going on around our house. Sick and exciting and more sick.  Mommy’s been telling the stories, so you can read about it from her .  I just play and let the big people do all the hard stuff. Yesterday I went to a party!  I love to go to parties!  I’ve got two of them to tell you about, but I’ll tell you about yesterday’s first because we only have a few pictures to do. (The other one was last week and I have lots of pictures and movies to show you!) My friends Andrew, Caleb, and Rachel had a party where we got to find eggs in the yard and we got to color them and we got to make cool pictures and we got to play with fun toys!  It was great!  I just love parties! Daddy helped me find some eggs. But I don’t like grass at ALL so I looked for some on the hard part with no grass.  That was way better. And I could stand up all by myself after I reached to get the eggs.  Miss Janet would be so proud of me! I did a lot of walking,
