121/366 Like Tink

We just love the Tinker Bell swing, as we call it.  Tonight KiKi went to cheer while I did my tumbling, and she really loved going way high in the Tink!

120/366 Go Team! Then go play!

On Sundays now I go to cheer practice after my nap.  This week, Mommy had to work so we went to pick her up from work and went straight to cheer. I did something new this time… I tried the big roll thingy on my back.  I don’t like to be on my back at ALL.  So Mommy and Daddy were really surprised to see me do it. And I did it a few times! After cheer, we went right to the next place, the Magic House !  All my “extra” special friends were there, so I went to see them and play a while.  We got there a little late since we had a long way to drive from where we cheer, but we still had fun. KiKi liked climbing in the GRRRREAT big tree. I found my favorite part of the whole place right at the beginning.  You lift up the letters and see things that start with that letter.  I did some climbing way up high too. Before we left, I tried the big tree too.  But I didn’t go very far because it’s hard! ...

119/366 Healthy kids

Saturdays are busy. We always start at dance class.  This week, KiKi went a little too far with her plie` and almost sat on the floor. After dance class, Mommy had to go to work. And it was a special Healthy Kids Day at the Y, so Daddy took us up there after lunch to see what was going on.  There was a fire truck, and bounce house, and games to play, and books to win.  There were nice ladies doing haircuts for kids, so KiKi got a little trim.  Then the lady put orange stripes in KiKi’s hair.  It was pretty cool.  KiKi had to stand on the chair the whole time, but she did really good and stayed very still. My favorite part was the bounce house.  I just like to lay down on the floor and let everyone bounce me around.  I can’t stand up in there. There was a REALLY big Clifford there.  I just looked at him. He knew our names and everything.  KiKi was a little shy with him. Then we went outside where the l...

118/366 Grandma C and PaPaw at school

Usually when I go to school, I just play with my school friends and my teachers.  But it was SO cool to get to take my Grandma C and PaPaw to school with me for a special day!  They even picked me up and took me to school.  It was kind of like I got to go in the bus but a lot more comfy and with people I know. They got to stay with me the whole day, and I showed them all the fun things I like to do.   Mommy came to take some pictures later, and she peeked in one time to say hi.   PaPaw let KiKi come in too, and my teachers were so nice to let her stay and play for the last little bit.  She worked on a puzzle on the floor with PaPaw. Grandma C read me a book, and I showed her how all know how to do the calendar and lots of things. But don’t worry, KiKi had fun when she was home for the morning with Mommy and Baby Patrick.  She just loves to help take care of him, so she helped him have a bottle before they came up to vis...

117/366 Telling my story

Sometimes people like to learn about me and what I like and stuff like that.  Mr. R from my school is trying to show other families how neat our school is, so he came to talk to me about why I like to go there.  At first, I wasn’t very nice about talking to him.  But then I found out that he would read me books, so I decided he was ok and he could stay a while. Here’s on of the pictures he took, when I was kind of still just watching him. He put it on the place on the computer, Book of Faces, or something like that.

116/366 What? We didn’t tell you?

Baby Patrick is coming over a few days a week to play with us. Isn’t he cute? Me and KiKi are really having fun taking good care of him!

115/366 Backyard buddies

Jack and Dashlyn came over today after school.  We like when we get to play extra with them.

114/366 Little sister cheers

I had cheer practice last night, on Sunday, but tonight I got to go back for MORE!  We practice our rolls and jumps on Mondays. It’s called tumbling. Oh wait, before I had tumbling, I went to swim class with Miss S.  I’m getting so good, she says!  Tonight I rode a green noodle horsey and I stayed on it pretty well. While I’m practicing my tumbling parts, there’s a cheer class for the little kids like KiKi.  So she got to go to her own class, and they learned some new stuff quick!  They did motions with their arms, and KiKi did them really good and really fast.  We’re gonna practice at home, too. I think this is gonna be a super fun summer with cheer for both of us! Yay!

113/366 Flying waaaaaay up there

I had my first cheer practice tonight.  Here’s a little peek… More pictures coming soon!

112/366 Little girls in a line

That’s my sister and me on the end.  <--------  That end. We love dance class!

111/366 Peep mouth

Auntie Julia was here this week. She gave KiKi a purple Peep.  KiKi didn’t eat it for a few days, but today she decided to try it.  We kept it all nice in a little bag, so she opened up the bag and popped that Peep right in! She liked it, and she named herself KiKi Peep.

Miss Amazing Missouri Pageant video clips

(Mommy note: If you missed the first couple tidbits about the pageant, click here and here . ) Here's a few little movie bits for you to watch me at my pageant last Saturday. I was a little nervous, so I had a very nice big boy help me some at first... ( Mommy note: There were some issues with a girl who wasn’t able to participate on stage at the last minute, so the names are not quite right for the last two.  Braska is not invisible. Just didn’t want to walk at first…and really, if you had a nice guy to carry you, why would ya ?) Then I got a little better when it was time to get my trophy and my crown… Mommy thinks I’m cutest in this one… It was a lot of fun, and I liked getting to watch the bigger girls do dances and sing and all kinds of things.  Someday I’ll get to do that, too.

110/366 Pamper my feet

Uncle Ethon came over tonight. He is the best foot-rubbing-guy in our family.  Daddy’s been teaching KiKi how to do a good foot rub, so Uncle Ethon was showing us all some tips. It was nice.  I think I’m going to like this getting-a-foot-rub thing. Thanks, Uncle Ethon!

109/366 Dear Daddy, mother’s day is coming

*ahem* Love, Braska and KiKI

108/366 Tuesday night girls club

Tuesday nights are the best. We get to go to Ella’s house and play.  There’s lots of kids there, but most of us are girls. (Well, there’s 4 boys and 4 girls, but 2 of the boys are babies, so the girls win!) Before we left tonight, we all piled up with Miss Anisha. She’s Ella’s mom, and I like her a lot.

More pageant pics, by popular request

(Mommy note: I’m sorry it’s taken a while to share more pics.  For all of you who have been hounding asking patiently for pictures, here are a few… there will be more.  And video. If you can stand a bit more wait for the complete package…) Sitting patiently for hair… Pretty girls kept asking me to take pictures with them… I guess it’s because I’m cute like them.  After my part, we took a few pictures with my trophy and tiara. This was the nice boy who helped me on the stage.  But uh oh…We forgot to ask him his name! (Ok, now we know his name.. It’s Paul. So handsome!) This was Miss Jen. She was our helper for the little girls like me. When Mommy came to get me after my part, I showed her my trophy. And I liked to turn around in my dress.  It went swish swish… I was getting tired… But when we got home, I took one more picture with Mommy. I’ll show you the movie and ...

107/366 Knock knock, Mr. Steven

It’s Mr. Steven’s birthday, so we took him and Miss Linda to his favorite place. They make Chinese food there.  He is lots of fun, he’s really smart, and he knows some super funny knock knock jokes.

106/366 Party at Ella’s house

We had the best afternoon, because we went to Ella’s house for her birthday party!  She’s 3 now, like KiKi.  We hunted for dinosaurs, had lots of good snacks, watched some movies, played a lot, and she got some fun presents. Before we left, we took a picture with her. I hope we’re friends for a long time.  Thanks for a fun party, Ella!

105/366 Fancy athletes

This morning started out with us looking like this… And we ended the night looking like this… It was a very busy day. I hope to show you more pictures from it tomorrow!

I am amazing tonight

104/366 It’s not our fault

They didn’t win today.  Maybe it was the rain. Or something like that.  But it was definitely not our fault… we were all ready for the big game.

103/366 Dress fitting

It’s almost time… wait til Saturday night…

102/366 Little girl in a big store

Sometimes a girl has to go to help her Daddy find the important things we need at our house. But sometimes all that work means that it’s time to take a break.
