Busy little me

I haven't forgotten about my stories and pictures, but we've been really busy. Mommy's been doing more of her work-work, so we've been going to meet new people and visiting her offices. I've got a few pictures to show you, but I have to keep the stories short since it's bedtime.

Last weekend we had a family playtime morninng in Mommy and Pop's bed. I think that's pretty fun, and we had some good cuddles too. They thought I should see if Belle would let me ride on her. I don't think she was liking it.


On Tuesday, Pop came home for lunch and we took a quick cuddle nap. I like when we get to sneak those in. Belle likes to get in on the cuddles too.


Tuesday night, the boys came over here for playing their games instead of going to Mr. Brian's. Mommy and I made a bunch of yummy snacks for them, and I decided I wanted to get in on the game. Pop says one day I'll learn how to be a geek girl, and that will make him so happy.

    You do look grown-up sitting on the Magic table with your spectacles. Oh, and you look beautiful too.

Mommy report: Chatty girl

Braska's been just loving her words lately. She's still signing some, mostly when we're in public or around strangers, but she's adding more words all the time. Many of her words are just attempts at the actual word, but that's where we all start, right?!? We're not saying that she'll be giving speeches next month, but we are very proud that she's become such a mimic and that she is loving using so many sounds. We practice often, just running through her words, signs, and tricks. She especially loves to chime in with videos of herself, so I've been working on compiling all her favorites for her to work with. As I was editing this, she was sitting here saying the words over and over. So funny to hear her talking to herself on the screen and loving it. Nebraska meets Indiana

Braska's reaction to meeting the very kind Rory Feek and his beautiful daughter Indy.  I missed the part where Braska said Indy was sooooooooooo cute!  :) Our dream would be a photo showing the two most beautiful "states" together, right?!?  :)
