This morning Miss Louise came to see me. She brought some animals that stick on a board. They make a really neat noise when she pulled them off, so I tried to, and it was fun! I pulled all the animals off the board and then I said bye-bye to each one.
We showed Miss Louise how I ate the ice cream yesterday, and she was so excited! After she left, Mommy asked me if I wanted to eat a little of her sandwich. It had peanut butter and strawberry jam, and it wasn't bad at all. The camera didn't want to take any more pictures, but we got just a little bit to show you and for Miss Louise too.
I took alot of bites, but I just like the peanut butter and jam part so I spit out the bread part.
After Daddy came home from work, he had to go do some more work but I got to go with him. We went to Miss Judy and Mr. Bill's house, and they were very nice. At first I just wanted to be with Daddy, but then I felt better and I played on the floor with Miss Judy.
Mr. Bill told me some pretty good stories, too.

That is great Braska that you are trying all those yummy foods. PB&J is Caroline's favorite sandwich!
ReplyDeleteGreat work with the stick on board! I am so impressed. Ice cream is the best. If Braska would like to come over, we would be happy to show her how well we eat it too.
ReplyDeleteLook at you with that stick 'em's board. And PBJ's??? Oh my! Good job Braska!
ReplyDeleteGreat work Braska!! You know, Delphine doesn't really care for bread either - but the PB&J sounds very yummy!!
ReplyDeleteShe is just so sweet! (I don't know why this is the first time I have peeked here too. LOL)
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful little sweetie! :)
Yummo! I love PB & J! Way to go Braska!
ReplyDeleteI love seeing her facial expressions! She's quite the little photo kid!
ReplyDeletePBJ is yummy! Maybe you would like the bread, too, if mommy soaked a bite in juice first.
ReplyDeleteI got to hold baby Lillie on Friday. WE had dinner with her mommy and daddy and grandma and grandpa and great grandma, too. Her grandmas would disagree, but I think she is cute, but not as cute and sweet as you! Love you!!!
Great job Braska! Yum! Justin loves the velcro sound too!
ReplyDeleteThat is fantastic that you are trying new foods. Tristan had a rough start with the eating. He still has a huge aversion to certain textures like bread and potatoes. I can get him to eat enough but only if I give him the specific things he likes. The list has grown a lot over the years. Sounds like Braska is making progress HURRAY! I remember how stressed I used to be about nutrition. Especially when he wasn't growing as fast as THEY would have likes him to. Between 12 months to 3 years he didn't gain anything. I was a nervous wreck. Just thought I'd share that we have been down this road can't remember if I have ever mentioned it. Tristan gets better all the time. He eats a large variety and now weighs 33 pounds. I just needed to figure out what he did like that was healthy and feed him that. once I stopped trying to feed him things that I knew he hated texture wise he became more trusting and was willing to eat more of the solids he did like. Does that make sense (I am not good at expressing in writing)I thought he would never get past the 17lbs mark.
