Pudding is yummy

We went to church at Grandpa J's church today. There was a whole bunch of music time, and I like music, so that was good. I sat with Grandma C today. She and Uncle Ethon had to work on my feeding stuff at church because it was being difficult for them.

After church, Mommy and me went with Grandma and Grandpa to Miss Cindy's house. And it is a really, really nice house. She had everyone from church over to swim and eat lots of yummy food, at least Mommy and Grandma C said it was yummy. Grandma C decided to try to give me some bananas, but they were different than my normal ones. This was called pudding, and I liked it alot. Grandma gave me enough to make my tummy full, and it was so yummy!

Everyone played games for a while in the evening, so I sat with Mommy so I could watch.

Then I got all sleepy and took a nap on Pop.
We finally left to go home about 9:30 tonight, so it's going to be very late when we get home!

  3. Way to go on the pudding! Let me tell ya, if you think banana is good...you are going to freak out over chocolate pudding! That is the lead in drug for ICE CREAM...my personal favorite. Once you experience chocolate chip cookie dough or cookies & cream it will be all over and you will be eating all the time. Have a fun day Braska!

Mommy report: Chatty girl

Braska's been just loving her words lately. She's still signing some, mostly when we're in public or around strangers, but she's adding more words all the time. Many of her words are just attempts at the actual word, but that's where we all start, right?!? We're not saying that she'll be giving speeches next month, but we are very proud that she's become such a mimic and that she is loving using so many sounds. We practice often, just running through her words, signs, and tricks. She especially loves to chime in with videos of herself, so I've been working on compiling all her favorites for her to work with. As I was editing this, she was sitting here saying the words over and over. So funny to hear her talking to herself on the screen and loving it. So here's a peek at some clips from our practice session tonight. Some words are more obvious than others. They are all great attempts, though, and we'll celebrate that! Make an on-line

Nebraska meets Indiana

Braska's reaction to meeting the very kind Rory Feek and his beautiful daughter Indy.  I missed the part where Braska said Indy was sooooooooooo cute!  :) Our dream would be a photo showing the two most beautiful "states" together, right?!?  :)
