We are still here at the hospital, and she is still pretty sick, but there has been some overall improvement. She did gain just a bit of weight since yesterday, so that is good. She still seems pretty uncomfortable and is still having symptoms of the virus, but we think we're headed in the right direction at this point.
She's not taking the bottle anymore...well, at least taking much. I think she'll do ok with it once we're home and she's feeling better. At least we know she can do it, it'll just be teaching her that it must be done regularly. She's getting her feeds by NG, and she is keeping them down for the most part. She's just so thin-looking... it makes her look alot older than she is, I think.
The doctors are talking like they might think of discharge tomorrow, but I've made quite clear that I want to see continuous improvement more than we have. It's been very up and down the whole stay, and I don't want to leave and go home only to have to turn around and come back the next day when the pattern turns south again. They've been good about listening to my concerns and are not rushing us out by any means. M is on his way down tonight, so I'm looking very much forward to the additional moral support.

Glad to hear that she might be coming home soon! We are praying for you and Braska! When you gethome maybe we can get Braska and Cede together for a play date.
