Mid-day progress on day 2

I don't have a tube to help me breathe anymore! That's so much better. But when they took it out, it left my throat very sore and I did not like that at all. So they're giving me some medicine to help that and they keep calming me back to sleep so I can rest. Mommy and Pop came this morning to say hello, but they did not stay long so I could stay asleep and rest. Thank you all for praying for me... and keep praying for Mommy and Pop too please! They need help too!

    You are a trooper! We will pray for your mom and pop too. We know how much they love you and how very hard it must be to not be able to hold you. You smile at em and tell them how good you are doing! We praise God for you!

    that's wonderful that the breathing tube is out and she's doing fine w/out it! Will keep Braska in my prayers!

    Hang in there! I remember how hard it was to see Averhy hooked up to all of her tubes and such after her hip surgery (and that surgery was really nothing compared to yours, Nebraska, you mighty little girl!!) so I'm praying extra hard for your Mommy and Pop right now!! and so are a new crew of prayer warriors at my parents' church - I just passed along the email. So keep on healing up fast!

Blue is cool!

I found a new fun show this week. There's lots of singing and dancing, and I like to do both those things! It's got a little dog in it named Blue. And he leaves clues for his friends to find. I like to scoot up close to the TV, so Mommy puts me on my little stool that I use for stand and sit practice. That way I stay in one place. Tonight's show was really fun and I got all excited! ( Mommy note: Remember, you can click on the pictures to make them bigger. The look on that little face is worth it! :o)
